Month By Month Guide to PregnancyPlease select a month from the list at the left. For each month you will be able to read about the changes in mother and baby during pregnancy. Each month has a list of common questions and concerns for that month, or if you prefer, browse the complete list of concerns. You may also want to view the list of Pregnancy Symptoms. What Month am I In?The regularly accepted 40 week length of pregnancy can make it difficult to determine what month you are in. Instead of counting your weeks from your last period, count from the day you think your baby was conceived (about two weeks after the first day of your last period). This will make the length of pregnancy 38 weeks, which fits nicely as 9 months of 4 weeks with about two weeks worth of extra days to throw in (since not every month is exactly 4 weeks long).
